Although the mechanism of onset of lung injuries induced by drugs has not been clearly identified, it has been generally accepted that the pathologic condition occurs through direct cellular damages or indirect ones by inflammatory reactions, an immunological mechanism, by drugs or their intermediate metabolites [1].
