摘要

Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT)-based healthcare schemes offer an advanced way of storing healthcare information. Moreover, the healthcare information of different patients is transmitted using the fifth-generation (5G) network. Privacy and security concern is the main focus of information sharing through the deployment of blockchain in the healthcare area. This research designs a blockchain-based health scheme for enhancing the security and transmission rate of health information. Initially, various body sensors are utilized to collect the parameter values of each patient. Then the collected dataset is stored in the database, and the datasets are secured using blockchain technology. Hereafter, patient information is securely stored in the cloud. Additionally, spider monkey optimization with neural network (SMO-NN) is developed for analyzing and detecting the patient health status using their threshold values of body parameters and then transferring the information of patients using 5G communication to the healthcare providers. Thus, the designed model is executed in the Python tool, and the experimental outcomes of the designed model are validated with other prevailing models in terms of precision, accuracy, recall, execution time, and F-score to prove the efficiency.
