Internal Labor Migration Management Based on the Digital Platform Creation

The development of a digital platform on which data is consolidated from questionnaires filled out by business representatives and applicants and open statistical Internet sources according to the author’s methodology is proposed to solve the problem of internal labor migration in Russia. The unification of regional authorities, employers and job seekers on a single platform will help to intensify the processes of internal labor migration, which will lead to an increase in the competitiveness of both the regional and the entire national economy of Russia. Groups of leading industries in the regions of Russia were identified based on calculated coefficients of labor productivity by sectors of the economy and coefficients of activity localization, which formed the basis for the creation of the digital platform “Labor Migration”. This software product is aimed at cooperation and interaction of economic entities, which will greatly facilitate the implementation of labor migration programs in the country.
