Optimizing Knowledge Sharing in Agile Organization: A Systematic Literature Review of Strategies, Challenges, and Opportunities

摘要

Knowledge Management is emerging as an essential organizational tool for facilitating change and sustainability. Organizations that are adept at managing knowledge and adapting expertise are poised to realize agility, potentially achieving a leading position. However, it is imperative to realize that a knowledge management approach in an agile organization requires specific strategies and opportunities to address each challenge. The purpose of this study is to find strategies, challenges, and opportunities that can help optimize the knowledge-sharing process in agile organizations, especially software project development using the SCRUM method or other agile methods. Several key findings were found through this systematic literature review, including strategies for framework development, conceptual models, and mitigation. Challenges in implementation at individual, organizational, and technological levels. This paper also presents some development and research opportunities that can help optimize the knowledge-sharing process.
