Research on Key Technologies of Extra-Thick Coal Seam Mining Based on Rockburst Prevention
摘要
A large amount of production practice shows that during the mining period of the fully mechanized working face of deep well extra-thick coal seams, the following common problems are faced: ① When the working face advances to special areas (such as connecting lanes), it is easy to induce rockburst and large-area abnormal pressure disasters; ② During the final mining period of the working face, the unreasonable design of the stop line position causes a rockburst in the mine roadway. This chapter takes the fully mechanized working face of the extra-thick coal seam of Shandong Xin Julong Mine as the background, uses microseismic/stress monitoring, numerical simulation, theoretical calculation and field measurement, focuses on the key disaster-causing factors that can easily induce rockburst during the mining period of the extra-thick coal seam fully mechanized working face (connecting lanes, faults, stop line coal pillar design), reveals the mechanism of each factor inducing rockburst, and proposes targeted prevention and control technologies to ensure the safe mining of the fully mechanized working face of the deep well extra-thick coal seam.
