Design of Bending Machine Control System Based on Embedded Soft PLC

摘要

In view of the high cost, difficult maintenance, and inconsistent development platform of the bending machine control system with ordinary PLC and special controller as the core, an embedded soft PLC controller based on EtherCAT communication is designed based on the Codesys development environment and ARM Cortex-A55 chip, and a soft PLC control system of Bending machine is built in combination with the all-electric servo CNC Bending machine in the laboratory. First, the controller is ported to the embedded kernel, and the real-time performance of embedded Linux is enhanced by using real-time patches, and Codesys Runtime is loaded to build an embedded soft PLC real-time operating system (RTS). Based on the designed controller, the controller is used as the master station and the three groups of IS620N series servo drives are used as slaves for communication connection. Based on Codesys IDE software environment and PLCopen specification on the PC, a set of Bending machine control system is programmed using ST language, including basic module, bending processing module, bending auxiliary module and other functional modules, and the bending experiment of stainless steel sheet metal parts is carried out on the control system, which verified the effectiveness of the designed press brake control system.
