A Novel Development of Medical Technology and AI for Intelligent Healthcare

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an innovative approach based on computer science that develops algorithms and programmes to give devices intelligence and efficiency so they can perform tasks that frequently need highly skilled human brains. Machine learning (ML), deep learning, fuzzy logic, speech recognition, and traditional neural networks are just a few of the subsets that make up artificial intelligence (AI). Every one of these subgroups possesses unique qualities and skills that could improve the effectiveness of modern medical sciences. Human intervention in clinical diagnostics, medical imaging, and decision-making is facilitated by these clever solutions. In the same time frame, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is developed as a new bio-analytical tool. It connects biological equipment to software programmes that enhance human health via a network. With the development of information technology, the concept of “intelligent healthcare” has become more and more popular. Intelligent healthcare is a revolutionary approach to healthcare that leverages state-of-the-art technology such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (loT) to improve overall efficacy, convenience, and personalisation of the medical system. To introduce the notion, we first list the key technologies that make intelligent healthcare possible and then give a summary of how smart healthcare is now doing in a number of important areas. We propose the hybrid approach of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Ant Colony Optimisation (ACO) for medical technology and AI healthcare in disease detection. This ACOCNN achieves the overall performance and yields a 96.23% completion rate in 12.75 ms. Next, we list the problems that smart healthcare is now experiencing and try to offer solutions. Finally, we look ahead and evaluate the possibilities for intelligent and smart healthcare powered by AI.
