摘要

The healthcare sector has experienced significant growth in the developing world. The Internet of Things (IoT) enhances individuals’ capacity to engage, generate, and collaborate on many entities. The Internet of Things (IoT) has undergone significant advancements, resulting in a wide range of innovations encompassing intricate standards and implementations. The emergence of greater rational security mechanisms might be driven by varying objectives and requirements. The growing prevalence of Internet of Things (IoT) technology contributes to enhance safeguarding of individuals’ health care. The “Medical Internet of Things” (MIoT) has gained substantial importance in improving global well-being, safety, and well-being since its inception. Continuous and real-time monitoring of the patients’ medical indicators, followed by analysis and uploading to health information centres, like cloud storage, has the potential to significantly enhance the effectiveness, convenience, and cost-effectiveness of health care, as opposed to solely relying on hospital-based assistance. This study report has examined the use of supplementary information gathering methods for the purpose of obtaining pertinent and theoretically grounded facts from various sources, including journals and articles. The aim of this study is to examine the current literary work and elucidate its significance in various facets of the Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare systems to secure the patients real-time data. Also, this article proposed an approach for medical IOT sensors. The reliability of real-time medical data collection on IoT platforms largely depends on the performance of sensors.
