摘要

The introduction of AI integrating intelligent smart devices into health care has elevated the standard for ideology. People live better lives due to improved lifestyle quality and the development and application of new technologies in healthcare facilities. AI-enabled devices have been revolutionizing the healthcare industry. Intelligent wearables with highly integrated and effective sensors assist in tracking, gathering, and analyzing data related to various health conditions. These wearables allow individuals to monitor their health conditions and receive real-time alerts and notifications, enabling them to take prompt action in case of abnormalities. Additionally, robot nurses equipped with AI technology can record and monitor patients’ health conditions when medical professionals are absent, ensuring constant monitoring and prompt response to any health emergencies. These AI-powered devices make it easier for individuals to learn about their health conditions and take necessary actions to improve their health and well-being, no matter where they are. Fourth-generation healthcare systems are still at a point where (IoT) may see three; nearly two felt that taking specialized classes would help them apply AI. The incapacity of AI to offer recommendations in unforeseen circumstances is the most frequently mentioned issue. When medical errors arise due to AI-based decision support systems, they believe the doctors are held accountable. Yet, over one-third (36.77%) think doctors should be held legally responsible. Senior medical professionals were shown to be less knowledgeable about AI and more worried about their legal blame in the event of a medical mistake. The proposed method uses two fish encryption approaches to keep patient data private on the hospital server. This study also thoroughly analyzes the data management strategies used in the cloud-based IoT-based healthcare system. The proposed system has a Twofish encryption to improve the system’s security. This evaluation examines the benefits and drawbacks of the IoT healthcare system. The majority of studies are effective in identifying several symptoms and can precisely forecast illnesses. The Internet of Things (IoT)-based healthcare system was created specifically for older people to help monitor their medical problems. High power consumption, limited resource availability, and security risks brought on by using several devices are the main drawbacks of the current systems.
