The rate of using artificial intelligence (AI) methods in the healthcare industry has been accelerating. Numerous scholars and health advisers are interested in the possible application of AI in the healthcare industry. Due to significant advancements in contemporary technologies, particularly AI and ML, the healthcare system has recently gained more attention. Current study is aimed to review the role of AI in healthcare services and analyse various respiratory diseases. This paper also highlights the review of various respiratory diseases, introduction to AI and its significant role in COVID-19 analysis, research gaps and challenges concerning cough analysis, and future scope.
