Artificial intelligence and blockchain are two transformational technologies that have radically converged in blockchain-integrated chatbots. The revolutionary combination of blockchain and chatbot capabilities is explored in depth in this paper, shining light on its potential to change user interactions, enhance security, and promote trust across a range of industries. Data security, transparency, and accountability issues that arise during chatbot interactions are addressed through blockchain integration. Blockchain reduces the risks related to errors, privacy invasion, and unethical acts by documenting interactions on an immutable and transparent ledger. The multiple advantages of blockchain-integrated chatbots are explored in this study, including enhanced data privacy, transparency, open transaction tracking, and automated dispute resolution.
