Plaintiff carrier had the right to claim the termination of the contract and to claim Defendant shipper to pay the freight charges for the actual voyage, the compensatory freight charges for the shortfall in the voyage and the agreed liquidated damages, because the contract was actually performed and did not cause any economic loss to shipper, and shipper did not entrust the carrier with the transportation of the goods after the unauthorized termination of the contract and did not pay for the relevant freight charges, which resulted in carrier’s loss.
