摘要

In order to study the factors influencing the horizontal force of body block in the impact test of the steering mechanism, the test procedure was analyzed and four parameters, namely the installation angle of the steering column in the longitudinal plane, the effective collapse length of the steering column, the limit spring stiffness, and the vent diameter of airbag, were selected for the study. The orthogonal test was designed and analyzed by the extreme difference method to obtain the optimal combination of parameters. The results show that the maximum horizontal force acting on the body block in the impact test of the steering mechanism is minimized by the combination of the steering column installation angle of 24° in the longitudinal plane, the effective collapse length of the steering column of 60 mm, the limit spring stiffness Class 3, and the vent diameter of airbag of 30 mm.
