Research on the Application of Digital Twin Model Calculation and Updating Methods in Mining Engineering
摘要
Coal mining and iron ore mining are the main forms of current mining engineering, and the mining of these two minerals is greatly affected by the geological conditions of the mine and the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of all influencing factors of mining to assist in mining engineering decision-making, and currently there is a lack of corresponding technical methods to meet this demand. In response to this issue, this article proposes the construction of a digital twin model oriented toward the environment of mines and surrounding areas, providing a complete description of the panoramic appearance of mines to meet the needs of mining engineering construction and production. Utilize various sensors such as drones and cameras to obtain full data of the mine and its surrounding areas, and define standardized collection frequencies to ensure data consistency and real-time in the digital twin model. Then, using algorithmic logic such as big data analysis and artificial intelligence, the multi-source data in the model is fused and analyzed to meet the production and construction management needs of mining engineering. By utilizing the logical algorithm analysis results in the digital twin model of mines, it is possible to comprehensively analyze the cross-sectional view, component analysis, and risk warning of mines, obtain auxiliary decision-making basis, and reduce safety risks in mining engineering, thereby improving economic benefits. Finally, a digital twin model for mining engineering is designed and implemented through computer programming, providing auxiliary decision-making tool support for the development and operation of mining business.
