Secure Access Control of Mobile Terminals in Power Grid Based on State Security Algorithm
摘要
The research and implementation of secure access protection technology for intelligent distribution network (IDN) terminals make the access of IDN terminals more secure. It can not only strengthen the security protection level of the power distribution system, ensure the reliable operation of the power dispatch system and power monitoring system, resist various forms of malicious damage and attacks, including viruses, hackers, malicious code, etc., but also accelerate the development of IDN and promote the construction process of distribution network informatization. In order to solve the problem of secure access control for power grid mobile terminals in an open interconnected environment, this article conducts research on the security requirements of distribution automation terminal communication systems and designs a secure communication architecture for distribution automation terminals that meets the national conditions of China. This security architecture is based on the national security algorithm, and the protocol is modified and designed without affecting communication efficiency. It achieves dual encryption and authentication functions at the application layer and network layer, and is applied to terminal communication in the distribution network. The test results indicate that the distribution network terminal communication architecture has encryption and authentication capabilities, which can effectively solve the vulnerability problem of terminal protocols, reduce algorithm complexity, and improve communication efficiency.
