摘要

Agricultural production in arid conditions of irrigated agriculture is risky due to the instability of yields due to weather conditions. Various methods of modeling and optimizing the of limited water resources distribution for irrigation are known. The limited water reserves require solving the optimization problem of distributing the volumes of supplied water to specific irrigated areas. The aim of the study is a systematic analysis of adaptive genetic algorithms (GA) to optimize water distribution in conditions of water scarcity. A systematic approach and analysis of the identified algorithm variants were used to identify and study modified adaptive-type GA. Various adaptive methods of GA adaptation were analyzed. The features of the use of GA adaptation methods and their impact on the procedure for finding the optimal solution, focused on optimizing water distribution in the presence of restrictions, are considered. Various modifications of GA are considered and systemically generalized, including dynamic algorithms characterized by a change in the population volume during the search, as well as hybrid algorithms based on Lamarck evolution modeling and various types of adaptive GA, where their parameters change when searching for solutions. The analysis allows a more reasonable approach to the choice of GA for specific tasks, in particular, water distribution optimization in water scarcity conditions.
