Plaintiff shipper sold a batch of goods, and entrusted Outsider Zhongcheng to ship two containers of goods from Shaoxing to Los Angeles, Zhongcheng entrusted Defendant to book goods space, the freight agent booked from Defendant NVOCC and obtained two sets of original bills of lading, and directly delivered them to the shipper. The two containers involved were actually carried by others, and Defendant signed the bill of lading agent issued the ocean bill of lading on behalf of the actual carrier, and the shipper specified in the ocean bill of lading was the forwarder and the consignee was NOVCC.
