Nanoscale Theranostics for Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has a major influence on individuals throughout the world. The use of nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of HCC demonstrated a promising future. Because of their enormous surface area and compact size, nanomaterials with unique features provide a limitless number of design options in the rapidly increasing field of nanotechnology. Scientists have used nanotechnology to create drug delivery systems that may be used for diagnosis, therapy, and as a tool for imaging procedures. This paper offers an overview of the broad idea and prospects of cancer nanotechnology; it focuses specifically on HCC targeting through therapeutic nanomaterials. Challenges in the development of nanotheranostics for HCC treatment will be highlighted as well.
