Recent Advancement in TFET-Based Biosensor Addressing Technique and Outcome: A Review
摘要
Biosensor devices have mostly been implemented in the medical field to detect and identify tumors, various infections and their toxins, quick cancer diagnosis, illness and diagnosis, and blood glucose content monitoring in diabetic patients. They are also utilized to check quality and safety in the food business, as well as military, agricultural, and veterinary applications. This chapter covers the fundamental concepts, operation, and design of biosensors, as well as a variety of biosensors. The structure and basic operation of a Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (TFET) as a biosensor are discussed. Here the dielectric constant and biomolecule charge on biosensor performance parameters are explored. Vth and ΔVth performance with different values of dielectric constant K is compared in this work. This chapter contributes to the classification of biosensors based on their detection mode and label identification detection methods.
