Genetic Algorithm
摘要
Genetic algorithms (GAs) represent a sophisticated computational technique inspired by the principles of natural selection and genetics. In the context of cement and concrete technology, GAs are employed to optimize mix designs and production processes to achieve desired properties such as strength, durability, and cost-efficiency. These algorithms are particularly useful in environments where traditional methods might fail to account for complex interactions among various material components under diverse environmental conditions. By simulating evolution through selection, crossover, and mutation, GAs iteratively searches for the best solutions, handling variables like aggregate sizes, water-to-cement ratios, and admixture types to develop concrete formulations that meet specific performance standards while being environmentally sustainable and economically feasible.
