Electrodynamic fragmentation refers to the process of using high-voltage electrical discharges to fragment materials into finer particles. In the context of cement and concrete, this innovative technique is primarily employed for the recycling of concrete debris and the enhancement of the reactivity of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs).
