Application of Imaging Technology in Living-Related Liver Transplantation

This chapter describes the value of imaging in the assessment of liver volume, liver blood vessels, and the anatomy and variation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct systems in liver transplant donors. In addition, this chapter focuses on the value of imaging in the assessment of vascular complications, biliary complications, and liver, chest, and lung complications after liver transplantation. To enhance understanding and application, the chapter illustrates these concepts through a series of case studies, offering vivid insights into clinical practice. Additionally, for educational purposes, the teaching points are conveniently summarized at the conclusion of each section, facilitating a deeper grasp of the material for readers.
