AIDS-Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
AIDS is a chronic systemic infectious disease caused by HIV infection. Studies have shown that after patients with hepatitis C and hepatitis B are coinfected with HIV, their clinical symptoms of liver diseases worsen, the disease progresses faster, and they are prone to developing liver fibrosis, advanced complications of liver diseases, and hepatocellular carcinoma. This chapter retrospectively analyzes the pathogenesis, clinical data, and imaging (including CT, MRI, DSA, and PET/CT) features of this disease, which can provide more tumor information and provide a basis for the selection of treatment methods and prognosis evaluation for patients.
