In recent years, the incidence of AIDS-related hepatic lymphoma has been increasing year by year along with the rise in the number of AIDS patients. Due to its nonspecific clinical manifestations, it is easily confused with other liver tumors. This chapter aims to improve the understanding of this disease by retrospectively analyzing the pathogenesis, clinical data, and imaging (including CT, MRI, and DSA) features of the disease, and to provide help or prompt for clinicians to formulate corresponding treatment methods.
