摘要

Procedural modeling plays a crucial role in sustainable urban development and planning, particularly in the context of 3D modeling for Philippine cities. This study aims to design and implement a procedural generation plugin that seamlessly integrates machine learning, procedural generation techniques, and interactive 3D visualization tools to address the challenge of architectural dissonance within urban environments. The plugin empowers urban planners with an advanced and efficient solution for precise urban modeling, focusing on the identification and representation of unique architectural styles found in Philippine urban cities. By enabling the creation of digital assets and procedural systems that faithfully capture the essence of urban elements, while allowing for flexible manipulation and customization, the plugin facilitates the generation of dynamic and realistic urban cityscapes. The streamlined creation process provided by the plugin not only saves costs but also contributes to the efficient and sustainable development of Philippine cities. This research significantly contributes to the field of urban planning by providing innovative solutions that empower urban planners to make informed decisions, streamline the creation process, mitigate architectural dissonance, and drive sustainable development within Philippine urban cities.
