Output Synchronization Analysis and PD Control for Coupled Fractional-Order Neural Networks with Multiple Weights

For the last few decades, an increasing number of authors have turned attention to the synchronization [1–6] of coupled neural networks (CNNs) due to their extensive applications in signal processing, harmonic oscillation generation and so on [7–10]. Wu et al. [3] discussed the synchronization of CNNs with mixed delays by utilizing saturated impulsive controller and impulsive differential inequality. In [4], based on the Lyapunov functional method and designed event-dependent intermittent pinning controller, a synchronization criterion for CNNs was established.
