摘要

Smart healthcare has become inevitable in health services where patients and doctors can communicate through a common platform using the Internet of Things (IoT), smart wearable technologies and sensory devices to monitor the regular activities of patients and proper diagnosis is done by doctors for early prediction of diseases. Telemedicine is a technique for accessing and communicating a patient’s health remotely. Though this saves time and cost, yet there are many privacy and security issues due to unauthorised access. There is a need for proper data management, diagnosis and a secure system for handling large data securely. To solve this, blockchain technology is the key solution for data security through hash encryption but it also has scalability issues. Deep learning (DL) models are used in dealing with complex structures, classification and prediction of disease. There are high chances of data hacking taking place while medical data gets distributed. Hence, the integration of DL models in blockchain makes the detection and diagnosis of medical data secure and accurate. Various DL algorithms deal with pattern recognition, classification and diagnosis. Blockchain technology deals with data security, thereby improving efficiency.
