Since 2020, Energy Internet companies have thrown their full weight behind the construction of new digital infrastructure. Capitalizing on the historic opportunities presented by the development of new digital infrastructures such as 5G networks, the industrial Internet, and IoT, these companies have been pooling resources and unlocking potential. They are strengthening the cultivation and expansion of emerging digital industries and are committed to innovating business models, including the operation of basic resources and platforms, as well as data monetization. However, despite the broad prospects and plans at the technological level, the legislative and judicial practices concerning corporate data rights have not been as satisfactory as desired.
