Establishment and Application of Catalyst Optimization Model Based on Genetic Algorithm

This paper explores the optimal catalyst combination for ethanol preparation of c4 olefin to promote the production of c4 olefin. Firstly, grey correlation analysis was used to analyze the influence of the catalyst composition on ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity. Secondly, with the highest yield of C4 olefin as the goal and temperature and experimental material dosage as the limiting conditions, a single objective optimization model was established. Finally, the traditional genetic algorithm is improved with the idea of multi-population, and the improved algorithm is used to solve the model. This method can solve the immature convergence problem of genetic algorithm. Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the result of this algorithm is more accurate.
