Drug Dosing in Kidney Disease

Drug dosing in kidney disease requires careful consideration of effects of kidney function on bioavailability, volume of distribution, protein binding, biotransformation and elimination of drugs. This chapter summarises the aspects involved in drug dosing and lists the doses of some commonly used drugs.
