Introduction of Natural Resource Planning Using Advanced Programming

The natural resources available on Earth are finite. And once employed for anthropogenic applications, these resources either replenish at a very slow pace or do not replenish at all. The development of science and technology over the last few centuries has enabled mankind to reach, retrieve, and utilize the natural resources present on the surface as well as the subsurface of the earth. As the global human population continues to rise, the earth’s resources are certain to face even more anthropogenic pressure and exploitation. However, continued overexploitation of resources and environmental pollution have led to many detrimental effects on the earth’s environment. This has further led to a number of adverse situations and challenges in the form of climate change, and other natural and man-made disasters. Realizing this, over the past few decades, a substantial number of scientists, researchers, and organizations have urged governments all over the globe to understand that the resources won’t last much longer if the current rates of depletion continue. Attempts have been made to promote the judicious use and maintenance of natural resources, which is necessary to ascertain a sufficient supply of these resources for future generations. Hence, calls for adopting sustainable practices throughout the ambit of all anthropogenic activities have been made and are being adhered to, albeit rather gradually. In order to achieve this, it is highly indispensable to map and monitor, and, if possible, manage, all the related factors and components involved in the extraction and utilization of natural resources and their subsequent impact on the environment.
