Vibration and Heat Transfer Analysis of ETBs Induced by Actual Shell-Side Fluid
摘要
Based on the analysis of the shell-side flow-induced single-row ETB vibration response in Chap. 3 of this book, it is known that for water-water heat exchangers, the shell-side fluid is the main factor that induces ETB vibration. In an ETB heat exchanger with multiple rows of ETBs uniformly arranged, the shell-side fluid flows into the heat exchanger from the shell-side inlet, and the internal fluid flows approximately spirally upward. Changes in inlet velocity, tube row spacing, and number of ETBs will affect the lateral and longitudinal flow of the winding ETB, which in turn affects the vibration and heat transfer characteristics of each row of ETBs.
