Traumatic Granuloma

Acute or chronic trauma to the oral mucosa may result in surface ulcerations. The ulcerations may remain for extended periods of time but most usually heal within days. These exhibit a deep pseudo invasive inflammatory reaction and are typically slow to resolve.
