This chapter pores over/parses mediation (in particular) and dispute resolution (in general) in a plethora of jurisdictions aimed at supporting/premising my central claim that the cultural lens through which dispute resolution is seen in each of those jurisdictions varies greatly. As an upshot, there is no such thing as «one size fits all» in mediation settings. Something that the stellar mediator should be cognizant of.
