A Gear from India’s and Shreds of Evidence from Brazil’s Governance STI Ecosystem: The Cutting-Edge Design for Frugal, Sustainable, and Trust Roadmap

The architecture of science, technology, and innovation [STI] system has demonstrated that the design of the main components that have leveraged political, economic, technological, and the social development has transformed past, present, and future to provide an improvement in the quality of life. The multidimensional mapping schemas interface is an initiative for identifying means of production for the knowledge economic society, identifying trends, and acknowledging production factors hitherto. Matters and subjects that naturally emerged from central competencies background in basic science and technology roadmaps are geographically convergence. Upward innovation policies that resulted, it revealed multi-perspectives in STI indicators, evidencing that Covid crisis recovery and local governance responses were evidence of intelligence capacities. The alignment of global governance policy lines subject from India’s and Brazil’s central competencies to leverage the new development path innovation that complies with green and clean sustainability was observed, usually related to balance environment and social and governance [ESG] solutions.
