IP Ecosystems of Major Economies of the World
摘要
Intellectual property (IP) refers to the creation of the human mind. It is the DNA of the innovation ecosystem in any country. The present chapter compares the IP ecosystem of India with other major players like China, the United States, Japan, the Republic of Korea, etc. and highlighted how various IP ecosystem components contributed to better performance of the creation of IP assets particularly patents, trademarks, and industrial designs.
