Severity of Delamination on Single-Phase Gas-Insulated Bus Duct
摘要
Currently, the breakdowns of Gas-Insulated Bus duct (GIB) are caused by a variety of issues resulting from various faults on the solid spacers. The influence of delamination on the disc style spacer for a single-phase GIB is examined in this work. The different permittivity values using functionally graded materials (F G M) are spatially scattered throughout the spacer profile to achieve consistent electrical current, which enhances the dielectric property of the insulators. The simulation is carried out on the spacer at various voltages and F G M gradings. The effect of delamination is later prevented by inserting the Metal Insert (MI) into the F G M insulator.
