Techno Economic Analysis of a Mobile Automatic Teller Machine Powered by Off Grid PV-DG-Battery Hybrid System
摘要
The study presents the technical and economical evaluation of mixed hybrid renewable energy(RE) system to run truck mounted mobile automatic teller machines (ATM).Considering the dynamic nature of mobile ATM load, optimized combination of energy sources is found out using HOMER (Hybrid optimization model for electric renewable) Pro software. The combination having lowest cost of energy (COE) will provide reliable and cheap operation of mobile ATM. It will enhance the banking services in the Puri, India which is a busiest pilgrimage destination in India. The simulation results show that 34.9 kW PV, 6.60 kW DG and 50 kWh Battery is the optimum design for the location. The pollutant emission also decreases considerably by the PV/DG/Battery combination with increased renewable energy penetration as the diesel consumption is reduced considerably. Thus making the environment more clean and green leading to better air quality index of the area and providing reliable banking service to millions of pilgrimage across Puri, India.
