Obstacles Facing the Stakeholders

Since 2021, the stakeholders responsible for protecting children from armed conflict have faced three obstacles: insufficient consensus, insufficient cohesion and funding gaps. Any of these obstacles may affect vulnerable children directly or indirectly, and even prevent reconciliation among the conflicting parties in Myanmar.
