Design and Development of an IoT Counter Using ESP8266 for 6 Axis MIG Welding Robot

In the present work, an electronic based IoT device has been developed that helps to count welding parts automatically using a 6 axis robot. This device aims to reduce human interaction and increase work capacity with a reduction in count errors. The robot can handle the welding process automatically. The device utilizes IoT technology to provide real-time updates on the count with accuracy and efficiency in the welding process. This device represents a significant advancement in the automation of welding operation. It has the potential to significantly improve the productivity and quality of the process.
