摘要

Current research focuses on biomimetic robotics, with a particular focus on research on bipedal locomotion. The research methodology used in this study included mapping and analysis of walking patterns found in avian species. The aim of this project is to develop dynamic models, and control methods that simulate bird walking. This provides valuable insight into the feasibility and potential benefits of incorporating bird movements into robotic systems. MATLAB simulations examine the forces of the joint angle, joint velocity, and joint acceleration modelled bird. The simulations consider a step length of 1.0 m, a body weight of 1.5 kg, and an acceleration due to gravity of 9.81 m/s. The first joint angle is fixed as [π/4, π/4, π/4] radians. While the initial velocity is set to 0 rad/s. This simulation study aims to strengthen the theoretical basis.
