摘要

Blockchain technology was developed for Bitcoin, the most well-known cryptocurrency. A cryptocurrency is a form of virtual money that controls the creation of new units of currency and verifies transactions using encryption techniques. Blockchain is a cutting-edge technology that enables safe data processing and exchange via erratic networks. The history of blockchains is covered at the outset of this article. We present some of the key ideas behind this novel technique. Next, we address machine learning as a sophisticated method that may be used for the analysis of large datasets and the eventual detection of potentially harmful transactions that could take place in an untrusted network. We demonstrate the significance of these clever approaches when combined to produce sound financial and banking judgments. We implement our concept on the Bitcoin network by using the publicly accessible Elliptic dataset on Kaggle. Since the latter is not fully labeled, we first divide the unlabeled data into two primary groups using the k-means algorithm, followed by allocating the labeled data to the relevant clusters. Following that, the entire data set is classified using four machine learning approaches. For instance, the suggested method performs better when k-means and the random forest classifier are combined.
