The data collection and processing in the intelligent predictive maintenance framework based on the Internet of Things (IoT) uses intelligent sensors and other sensing technologies to transmit the obtained key component status and operating environment information to the equipment control center, realizing round-the-clock automatic monitoring of the equipment, effectively monitoring and predicting the operation status and faults of the equipment.
