Introduction

The deep integration of new generation information technologies such as mobile internet, big data, and artificial intelligence with manufacturing processes has driven profound changes in manufacturing systems, production methods, industrial forms, and business models, propelling the transformation and upgrade from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. In the field of equipment maintenance, traditional reliability-based preventive maintenance strategies are gradually shifting to data-driven intelligent predictive maintenance strategies. Intelligent predictive maintenance models and analyzes MRO data to realize intelligent services such as fault prediction, maintenance optimization, and decision-making for equipment operation and maintenance networks.
