Design and Implementation of Industrial Internet Emulation Platform Based on Virtualization Technology

摘要

This paper proposes a reconfigurable high-fidelity large-scale industrial Internet emulation platform based on virtualization technology and its implementation method. The emulation platform includes a Logic Control Plane, a Data Plane, and a Data Acquisition and Analysis Plane. The emulation platform generates digital twins of various devices in the Industrial Internet through digital twin technology and build a network through Software-Defined Network (SDN) technology to form a digital twin of the Industrial Internet. The emulation platform can perform offline emulation verification and real-time emulation monitoring of the industrial Internet as required, and display, monitor and analyze the emulation results in real time. Iterative optimization of the digital twin model through feedback of offline and real-time emulation results. The use of SDN technology for networking has the characteristics of flexible network architecture and supports the dynamic addition and rapid deployment of new nodes after network deployment. The emulation platform supports rapid reconstruction of emulation scenarios through industrial big data such as digital twin model library, it also supports the scalability of network emulation nodes by adding servers, it also supports the emulation of large-scale industrial Internet, it also supports the collection of emulation data, evaluates the simulated Industrial Internet according to preset evaluation indicators, and gives optimization suggestions. The emulation platform has the characteristics of high fidelity, scalability and reconfigurability. This paper provides a reliable emulation platform implementation method for the complex, real-time and dynamic industrial Internet environment.
