We will devote the rest of this monograph to applications of the previous chapters to scattering phenomena in a small energy regime slightly above a two-cluster threshold \(\lambda _0\) . The Basic Decay and Geometric Configuration Conditions 2.3 and 2.4 are imposed throughout the presentation.
