Coxa Vara
摘要
Coxa vara is a deformity caused by congenital dislocation of the hip joint or Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease in childhood that disrupts blood flow to the femoral head, leading to temporary necrosis of the bone and resulting in flattening and shortening of the femoral head, elongation of the greater trochanter, and abnormal acetabular morphology [1, 2] (Fig. 78.1a).
