JOA Hip Score, JOA Hip Disease Evaluation Questionnaire, and Locomotive Syndrome
摘要
The Japanese Orthopaedic Assosiation Hip Disease Evaluation Questionnaire (JHEQ) is a first patient-reported outcome of hip function in Japan. The JHEQ consists of three subscales: pain, movement, and mental health, with a visual analogue scale, and the maximum score is 84. Locomotive syndrome is a condition in which mobility is impaired due to disorders of the locomotive function. The diagnosis of locomotive syndrome is based on the judgement of three tests, including “stand-up test”, “two-step test”, and “locomo 25 (25-question geriatric locotive function scale: GLFS-25)”.
