Polyethylene (Vitamin E Mixed)
摘要
Some vitamin E polyethylene developed in Europe and United States are technologies that impregnate polyethylene with vitamin E after molding and cross-linking, mainly because the addition of vitamin E inhibits cross-linking. In contrast, vitamin E polyethylene developed in Japan is mixed with vitamin E before molding and cross-linking, The advantage of mixing vitamin E before molding is that the vitamin E act as a lubricant, thereby densifying the grain boundary created by powder molding. This improvement in the powder interface and formability decreases the permeability of oxygen and lipid at the boundary, which is thought to reduce the formation of cracks.
