Gait and Movement Analysis
摘要
Gait and movement analysis are used as objective evaluation methods for postoperative functional recovery in THA. Previous studies have shown that gait parameters after THA are either similar or inferior to those of healthy subjects; however, significant improvements have been observed compared to preoperative conditions. Several reports from Japan have focused on the motion analysis of normal, osteoarthritic, and replaced hip joints. Kinematic parameters, including hip RoM and implant impingement after THA, could provide valuable insights into optimal cup and stem alignment.
